From 13^th to 17^th December 2010, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) welcomed delegates from SEAMOLEC for the workshop on ‘Self-Learning Materials Development’. This is the first time HCMCOU co-organized such a workshop with SEAMOLEC to meet the lecturers’ demand of  designing materials for students who take distance learning. The workshop has been completed successfully with nearly 20 participants who are lecturers from different faculties of HCMCOU. It is the stepping stone for them to get access to new knowledge and skills in their related fields and then disseminate them to other lecturers.
