Through forms of distance learning, on-site, learning at satellite academic centers our mission is:

« To organize various kinds of such training programs as Postgraduate programs (Master degrees), Undergraduate programs (Bachelor degrees), Diploma programs (Diplomas), and Fostering courses (Certificates);

« To undertake scientific research and technology transfer, popularize information about science and technology, propagate and preserve the national culture, etc.;

« To associate with and help many local training centers;

« To organize collaborated training activities with many companies, organizations, and educational institutes.
